A check panel consisting of 12 stages is designed to promote conveniently select from and adjust stages.
The product is designed to automatically separate the skins created during the primary roasting and the secondary roasting so that the only roasted coffee beans can be conveniently taken out and used.
It used to be difficult to perform indoor roasting due to the smoke created throughout such roasting. However, the product is designed so that up to 90% of the smoke can be removed through the combustion equipment on the back side in order to promote a convenient indoor/outdoor roasting.
The product is designed so that the internal pot and the rotary s-shaped wing are inversely crossed to maintain consistent color and taste of the coffee veans through consistent mixing and roasting regardless of type and size of the coffee.
For the users to visually confirm the coffee roasting process, a transparent glass cap is used so that the users may directly confirm the roasting process of their preferred coffee.
Coffee starts acidifying promptly after roasting.
As the acidification reduces freshness of coffee, the roasted beans must contact with air as least as possible.
